The Beauty Shake Recipe – Chia Seed Pudding packed with protein, fibre and collagen

Packed full of protein, fibre, prebiotics and of course 3,500mg marine collagen!

INGREDIENTS

2 scoops  (37.5g)               The Beauty Shake Chocolate

2 tablespoons (25g)        Chia Seeds

1 Cup (220ml)                    Unsweetened Almond Milk

Fresh fruit to top up

Combine all ingredients in a wide mouth mason jar and stir well.  Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours (ideally overnight). Top up with fresh fruit of your choice and enjoy.
